Don't Forget our Meeting this Week!!

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday, February 1st at 7:00 pm at the East Ocean View Community and Senior Center located at 9520 20th Bay St. Our guest speakers will be from the Office of Resilience to discuss the near-term and 2025 Ocean View Beach Sand Renourishment, and from Virginia's Ranked Choice Voting program.

The November 3, 2023 Membership meeting didn't have a quorum to vote on the proposal for the Submarine Memorial USS Norfolk (SSN 714) at Sarah Constant Park. Please review the presentation in Section 7, Old Business so a vote can be taken.

There are three Conditional Use Permit application proposals to be heard for voting.

-Crystal Palate Wine and Gourmet will be proposing additional patron services

-STR at 9633 19th Bay St. (10 units)

-STRs at 2211 and 2221 Pretty Lake Ave. (Each building has 16 units)
