Attached please find an application for a Special Event open to the public sponsored by “Katherine Parkins”. The event “COVA St. Patrick’s Day Celebration” is scheduled for Friday, March 17, 2023 – Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. This event will take place both indoors and outdoors at 9529 Shore Drive. The event will have live music and Food Vendors. Alcoholic beverages will be sold or served There will be multiple tents with an estimated attendance of 500+ people.
