Community Connect is Back Returning to the great City of Norfolk is Councilwoman Johnson’s 3rd Annual Community Connect Day on Saturday, October 28th from 11am – 2pm at Harbor Park (150 Park Avenue). Civic Creator Cohort Applications for the fall sessions are now open! The cohort is open to any Norfolk neighborhood change agent age 14 and above who is actively serving a Norfolk neighborhood.
