• Block By Block Applications Are OPEN! Calling all civic leagues - The Block by Block grant is open and accepting applications. Visit www.norfolk.gov/blockbyblock for additional details on how to earn up to $2500 toward a neighborhood project or initiative. • Unity in the Community Back 2 School Celebration Help Norfolk students prepare for the new school year with the supplies they need and come out to the event on Saturday, August 29th from 10 am – 2 pm inside MacArthur Mall. This event is open to Norfolk elementary, middle, and high school students. See the attached flyers for donation drop off information and event information.
