Before our Dec 7 Meeting - By-law Changes and Smigel Survey

East Ocean View Civic League Members,

Our next meeting will be held on December 7, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the East Ocean View Recreation Center on 20th Bay St. Prior to the meeting we wanted to share two pieces of information for your review:

1. Proposed By-Law changes to quorum requirements (see attached). These changes were presented at the November meeting and will be voted on at the December meeting.

2. Our guest speaker will be Councilman Tommy Smigiel and we would like to provide Councilman Smigiel with a list of questions ahead of the meeting. You may submit your questions by clicking on the link below:
