Attached please find the following information tentatively scheduled to be heard at the August 24, 2023 Planning Commission public hearing:

TYLER STONEMAN, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Short-Term Rental Unit (Vacation Rental) at 9554 18th Bay Street. (Ward 5/Superward 6)

The purpose of this request is to allow the single-family home to operate as a Short-Term Rental Unit.
